Haunted Helpers was born from founder Kelly Wallace’s deep-rooted love for Halloween, a passion that emerged from her experiences in the foster care system. As a child, a simple handmade costume from a caring foster care specialist sparked joy during a challenging time, laying the foundation for what would become a lifelong mission.

Today, Haunted Helpers is dedicated to ensuring that every foster child can experience the magic of Halloween. The organization collects and donates costumes to foster homes, allowing children to fully participate in the holiday’s festivities. Through this initiative, Haunted Helpers aims to spread happiness and create lasting memories for children in foster care, honoring the kindness that made such a difference in Kelly’s own childhood.
